气吸式花生精密播种机的研究

摘    要:为了实现垄作花生的精密播种,设计了气吸式精密排种器,其主要由本体、种杯、排种圆盘、搅种盘和尾风管组成21],通过排种圆盘上拨片的推动作用、搅种盘上搅种钮的搅动作用及尾风管的吹送作用,能够明显提高花生播种的双粒率,降低碎种率和漏播率,提高播种精度。同时,改进了播种机的行走装置,能够有效降低滑移率,保证播种机直线前进的稳定性。所设计的花生播种机主要由机架、悬挂装置、起垄装置、驱动装置、播种装置、施肥装置、喷药装置及覆膜装置等部分组成,集起垄、施肥、播种、喷药、滴灌带铺设、展膜、压膜、覆膜及膜上覆土等多道工序于一体,提高了花生的播种效率4]。

Abstract:In order to achieve precision sowing bed planting peanuts , this design choice gas suction seed metering de-vice , which is mainly made up of body , kind of cup , seeding disc tray and stir species tail wind tubes;pushed through the seeding disc paddles effect , stir species on the seed tray buttons agitation as well as the role of the tail wind blowing tube , can significantly improve the rate of double grain planting peanuts , shredded reduced seed sowing rate and drain rate, increase planting accuracy .While improving the planter walking device , can effectively reduce the slip ratio , en-sure the stability of seeder straight forward .Peanut planter designed mainly consists of frame , suspension , transmission , opener , seeding fertilizer systems , spraying systems and film coated casing and other components , can be realized from a one-time 4 Rows in 2 Ridges peanuts ridge , ditching , fertilizing , planting , spraying , coating and film casing and other functions , improve the efficiency of planting peanuts .
