摘    要:通过对我国残膜回收机械调查分析,针对目前多数残膜回收机可靠性差、缠膜率高、拾净率低等现状,选择了常用的1MLC-110型、1MCS-100型和2MCL-150型残膜回收机械作为试验研究对象。通过对这3种残膜回收机的田间作业性能对比试验,分析了各机型的主要收获指标:拾净率、缠膜率、作业效率。结果表明:1 MCS-1 0 0型残膜回收机的性能优于1 MLC-1 1 0型和2 MCL-1 5 0型残膜回收机。经3种残膜回收机的对比试验分析,为残膜回收机的理论研究与优化设计提供了参考,也为残膜回收机的研制开发提供新的思路。

Abstract:The mechanization level of residue plastic film collector is lower than those of other crops, and it is concluded that the reliability is worse, the wrap rate is higher and the recycle rate is lower, through investigation and analyses of the mechanized harvesters for residue plastic film at present in China. Three types of residue plastic film collectors, i. e. , 1MLC-110,1MCS-100 and 2MCL-150 residue plastic film collectors were selected as research objects. Through com-parative field experiment on the performances of the three types of residue plastic film collectors, the dominant factors in-cluding wrap rate, recycle rate and field efficiency, which control residue plastic film collector targets, were analyzed. Experimental results prove that the performance of 1 MCS-100 type residue plastic film collector is superior to those of the 1 MLC-110 and 2 MCL-150 residue plastic film collectors The results of comparative test and the analyses of the three types of residue plastic film collectors, provide the basis for theoretical research and optimized design of residue plastic film collectors, and also offer new methods for research and development of residue plastic film collectors. Moreover, the study provides better references for popularization and application of these kinds of residue plastic film collectors.
