自动移栽机检测系统的设计

针对自动移栽机存在工作状态难以了解,且出现故障时,难以准确找到故障点的问题,设计了一种基于PLC和触摸屏的检测系统。该系统以PLC为主控制器,传感器采集自动移栽机的机械手、柔性输送苗筒、吊篮的取苗及喂苗状态等信息,通过PLC集成与处理。采用触摸屏作为人机交互界面,将采集的自动移栽机的栽植信息、报警信息、故障位置及自动移栽机上各运动部件的运动状态等显示。试验表明:该系统能够将自动移栽机的工作状态在触摸屏上显示,对于移栽过程中出现的问题能够及时通知操作人员,满足了操作者对所要了解信息的需求。

Design of Detecting System for Automatic Transplanter

The detecting system was designed , PLC and touch screen were used in the system .It is easy to know the real-time working status of automatic transplanter , and when the malfunctions happened we can find location of the fault quickly .PLC is the controller in the system .Sensors were contacted to PLC which used to collect the key parts position of automatic transplanting , such as manipulator , nycelles and following seedling-cylinders , TPC7062-Hi is one type of human machine Interaction (HMI), it is used to display planting information , alarm signal, fault location and automatic transpalnter working state .According to the tests , the system can be working stabilized , all the detected information of automatic transplanting showed on the touch screen , and give operators warning at the right time , so the operators are easy to got automatic transpalnter working information .
