番茄排种器工作原理及应用研究——基于计算机辅助模式

摘    要:种植机械是农业生产过程中必备的设备,也是完成农业生产的关键,其性能直接影响农业物生长情况和产量。排种器是播种机器的核心部件,排种器性能好坏对播种质量产生重要影响。计算机辅助式排种器具有操作方便、成本低等优点,符合我国发展需求。为此,以番茄种子为研究对象,介绍了新型番茄精密排种器的工作原理及结构,对其动力学和仿真效果展开分析,并利用试验证明基于计算机辅助模式设计精密排种器的合理性,找到最佳的播种速度,从而提升播种的质量和效率。

Working Principle and Application of the Tomato Seed Research-Based on Computer Aided Pattern
Abstract:Planting machine is the necessary equipment in the process of agricultural production , is also completed one of the key link of agricultural production , its performance directly affects agricultural growth and yield .Metering device is the core of the seeding machine components , metering device performance is an important impact on sowing quality . Computer aided type metering instruments has convenient operation , low cost advantages, can meet the demand of deve lopment in our country .Tomato seeds as the research object , is used to show a new type of tomato , the structure and working principle of precision , and the dynamic analysis and simulation results , using the test proved that based on com-puter aided pattern design of precision rationality , to find the best sowing speed , so as to improve the quality and effi-ciency of planting , this design also offers important reference for the similar research of disseminator .
