摘    要:为了解决设施农业生产中育苗基质消毒问题,设计了一种适用于温室育苗槽的自走式温室育苗基质蒸汽消毒机,并阐述了其总体配置及主要部件的结构。该机主要由机架、行走装置、消毒装置、动力机构和传输装置等组成,能直接对基质槽中的育苗基质进行消毒,且不用人工把基质搬运到消毒机箱体内,既减轻了劳动强度又缩短了消毒时间。此研究结果可为小型育苗基质消毒机械的设计提供参考。

Abstract:A self-propelled greenhouse nursery substrates steam sterilization machine is designed to solve the problem of substrate disinfection facilities agriculture, this paper describes the overall configuration and the structure of the main components of the machine. This machine is mainly composed of frame, walking device, disinfection device, the motor and transmission device, Substrate can be directly disinfected and don't need to be manual handed in the disinfection ma-chine, therefore, the labor intensity is reduced and the disinfection time is shortened, the research results can provide reference for the design of small seedling substrate sterilization machine.
