| 摘 要： | 介绍一种具有双气道的气吸式棉花排种器,通过开闭两条气道中的一条或同时开启两条气道,可以在1~3粒的穴播粒数之间快速调整;通过测量不同品种棉花种子的三维尺寸确定排种盘的尺寸;根据影响排种器性能和效率的主要因素在实验室进行台架试验,得出该气吸式棉花排种器在排种盘吸种孔直径为3mm、转速为3 0 r/min及真空度为4.5 k Pa时使用效果较好的结论 。

| Abstract: | Introduce a kind of double air-way suction cotton seeder , through open one of air-way or both of them at the same time ,it can rapid adjust grain number from one to three .By measuring the three dimensions size of different varie-ties of cotton seeds , we determine the size of the metering plate;According to the main factors that influence the perform-ance and efficiency of seed-metering device , we had a test in the laboratory , according to the test data , it is concluded that the air suction cotton seeder is be used better when diameter of suction hole is 3 mm, rotational speed is 30 r/min and vacuum degree is 4.5 kPa. |
