柴油机进气涡流旋流器的研究

摘    要:对直进气道柴油机诱导产生进气涡流新装置(旋流器)进行了结构设计,并对其性能进行了稳流气道试验、水模拟试验PIV测试以及实际发动机装机试验。试验结果表明,该新装置可以在短直进气道柴油机上诱导产生中、低强度的进气涡流,改善了混合与燃烧,降低了燃油消耗率。

Abstract:Swirler, a new device to induce intake swirl in non-swirl intake port diesel engine,is introduced in this paper. The fundamental characteristics of this new device are disclosed through analysis of the swirl ratio in cylinder and flow rate coefficient under steady flow condition.The intake swirl flow field measured by using particle image velocimetry(PIV) technique is analyzed. In order to find out its influence on working performances of the engine, the tests on the single cylinder engine has been carried out. The results show that this new device can induce intake swirl at low or medium swirl ratio in non-swirl intake port engine and improve fuel economy and emissions.
