| 摘 要： | 校园文化建设是目前学校工作的新思路。探讨了校园文化建设的三种主要方式：文体活动、社会实践活动和理论学习活动；校园文化建设的方向：提高人的综合素质；及由浅层到深层，单一到综合，随机到规范，自发到自觉，学生为主体到教职工生共同参与和缓慢到加速再到平稳等六条发展规律。

| Abstract: | Campus cultural construction is now a new thought in school work. In this article we study three main methods in building campus culture: recreational and sports activities, social practics activities and theory study activities. Its direction is to improve one's comprehensive qualities. Six developmental laws are the following: from shallow to deep,single to comprehensive,random to regular,sponta- neous to conscious, students'main participation to the co-participation of school staff and stu- dents, slowness to acceleration and then to smoothness. |
