| 摘 要： | 蓝舌病病毒(BTV)基因的第三片段(RMA_3)在不同型间有较高的同源性.用光生物素标记的其cDNA重组体pC7,检测2～22型BTV BHK细胞培养物全部为阳性,而相关病毒EHDV_1、EHDV_2和Ibraki病毒为阴性;同一探针检测17个型BTV攻毒羊的全血样品均为阳性,未感染的正常羊血细胞和BHK细胞培养物样品均为阴性.

| Abstract: | RNA segment 3 of bluetongue virus (BTV) is highly conserved across the BTV serogroup. The paper reports the detection of BTV infections in vivo and in vitro using photobiotin-labelled cDNA probe of BTV RNA segment 3.The results showed that it hybridized with all RNA samples extracted from cell cultures of BTV serotypes 2 to 22No homology was detected with related orbiviruses EHDV1,EHDV2 and Ibaraki virus The probe has also been used to detect blood samples from infected sheep with 17 serotypes BTV, all data are positive while normal sheep blood negative. |
