| 摘 要： | 从送检的2日龄病猪脑部分离到1株病毒。该病毒接种的Balb／c小鼠出现了典型的伪狂犬病症状，接种BHK-21细胞48h后出现了圆缩、集聚，脱落等典型的细胞病变，猪狂犬病毒阳性血清能特异性的中和该分离病毒。根据GenBank公布的PRV的gE基因设计的引物能扩增出特异性片段，证实该病毒为伪狂犬病毒。

| Abstract: | Porcine pseudorabies virus was isolated from the brain of a 2-day old pig.The Balb/c mice were inoculated with the virus and the typical PRV symptoms could be observed.Infected BHK-21 cell line shrunk,aggregated,and detached from the culture system in 48h approximately.The primers which were designed according to the sequence of PRV gE gene published in GenBank could amplify 354 bp fragment from the isolated virus.These evidences indicate that the isolated virus was PRV. |
