| 摘 要： | 以含4%鸡血清的营养琼脂为培养基,进行了铁螯合剂2,2'-联吡啶对禽多杀性巴氏杆菌C48-3株的抑菌试验.结果表明,对于含4%鸡血清的营养琼脂培养基,铁螯合剂2,2'-联吡啶的合适添加量为200 μmol/L.

| Abstract: | Nutritious agar supplemented with 4% chicken serum was used as culture media.Suppressive effect of iron-chelator 2,2'-dipyridyl on pasteurella multocida strain C48-3 was studied in order to find an easy method to confirm the appropriate concentration of iron-chelator supplemented in a specific culture media to induce expression of cross-protective factor(CPF) by pasteurella multocida.The result indicated that with this method,an appropriate concentration of iron-chelator could be found out for specific culture media to induce expression of CPF.As for nutritious agar culture media supplemented with 4% chicken serum,the appropriate concentration of 2,2'-dipyridyl was 200 μmol/L. |
