| 摘 要： | 我国高等农业院校科学研究经过上百年的沉淀,积累了丰富的科研成果,具有良好的科技成果转化基础。但一直以来,农业科技成果高产出、低转化的现象未能得到有效改善。如何创新高等农业院校科研管理服务模式,推进科技成果转化,是农业高校科研可持续发展,提升高校科技创新能力的关键所在。通过构建有利于科研成果转化的政策环境,建立基于网络化科技成果转化互动平台,组建高校科技服务公司等方法创新科研管理服务模式,对于提高科技成果转化效率,服务国家经济发展有着重要的现实意义,也为高校科技创新开拓新的发展机遇。
