| 摘 要： | 应用改良去壁低渗-火焰干燥法制片、镜检,分析比较番荔枝属3个资源的核型.结果表明,阿蒂莫耶番荔枝、刺番荔枝为2倍体.而圆滑番荔枝为4倍体,阿蒂莫耶番荔枝、圆滑番荔枝有随体.核型公式分别为:阿蒂莫耶番荔枝2n=2x=14=14m;刺番荔枝2n=2x=14=12m+2sm;圆滑番荔枝2n=4x=28=14m+14sm.刺番荔枝属于1A核型、阿蒂莫耶番荔枝属于1B核型.光叶番荔枝属于2B核型.

| Abstract: | Root tips of three species of Annona genus, Annona atemoya Mabberley, A. muricata L and A. glabra, were prepared by using the modified enzyme digestion-hypotonic treatment-flame-drying method and observed under microscope to compare their karyotypes. Results showed that A. atemoya Mabberley and A. muricata L are diploid and that the A. glabra is allotetraploids.
