不同品种授粉对砀山酥梨果实发育及内源激素的影响

摘    要:以圆黄、鸭梨、七月酥花粉授粉,研究砀山酥梨果实发育进程及单果质量变化与果肉、种子内源激素含量的关系。结果表明,不同品种授粉的砀山酥梨单果质量大小顺序为圆黄处理、七月酥处理和鸭梨处理;不同品种授粉砀山酥梨果肉、种子的内源激素含量有明显差异,在果实、种子发育的各个不同时期,内源IAA、GA3、ZR含量从高到低的顺序均为圆黄处理、七月酥处理和鸭梨处理,而各个处理的内源ABA含量则相反。相关分析表明,不同品种授粉砀山酥梨单果质量与授粉品种的单果质量具有显著正相关,不同品种授粉的砀山酥梨种子数、单粒重与授粉品种单果质量也呈极显著正相关。

Abstract:Pollinated Dangshansu pear with Yuanhuang,yali,Matihuang’s pollen to research the hormonal rela-tionship of fruit development and changes of fruit mass.The results showed that the treatments’ sequence of Dang-shansu pear fruit mass pollinated by different pollen was Yuanhuang,Qiyuesu and Yali;there were obvious differ-ences of endogenous hormones contents in fruits and seeds of different treatments,in every different growth period of fruits and seeds,the treatments’ sequence of endogenous IAA,GA3,ZR contents was Yuanhuang,Qiyuesu and Yali,while the ABA’s was opposite.The analysis showed that the fruit mass of different treatments had a significant positive correlation with the pollination varieties mass.The seeds numbers and single grain mass were the same.
