钾和甜菜碱对减缓冬小麦水分胁迫的效果

摘    要:采用盆栽试验研究了水分胁迫和适量供水条件下,供应钾和甜菜碱对冬小麦(陕757)各生育期干物质量、籽粒产量和水分利用效率的影响,以确定这两种物质在增强作物抗旱性方面的功能。结果表明,水分胁迫条件下干物质量和籽粒产量明显降低,施用钾和甜菜碱可显著增加冬小麦干物质量和籽粒产量,提高水分利用效率,减缓水分胁迫;增产效果随钾肥用量的增加而提高,不同用量间差异显著。适量供水条件下,供应钾和甜菜碱的作用效果不明显,甚至产生不良效应。该结果说明,钾肥与甜菜碱的作用不仅在于供应养分,其对作物抗旱性的增强也有重要作用。

Abstract:A pot experiment was conducted under water deficit and adequate water-supplied conditions for winter wheat (Shaan 757) to study the effect of potassium (K) and glycinebetaine (GlyBet) on the dry matter and grain yields as well as water use efficiency (WUE). Determinations were carried out at different stages of winter wheat for revealing the function of these substance in increasing plant resistance to drought. Results showed that under a water-stressed condition,dry matter and grain yields were markedly reduced. Application of K and GlyBet had significantly raised dry matter and grain yield,and thereby increased WUE and alleviated the water stress. The effects of K on dry matter and grain yield were increased with the increase of K rates and a significant difference was found between K rates. However,with adequate water supply,such effect of K application had no obvious effect,even negative results,showing that the function of K fertilizer was not only in nutrient supply,but also in increase of the drought-resistant capacity of a crop. GlyBet exhibited the same effect, with adequate water supply,indicating the important function of these factors in rise of drought-resistant ability of a crop.
