| 摘 要： | 本试验采集54头来自黑龙江省各大奶牛场正常奶牛(12头)和患子宫内膜炎奶牛(42头)的子宫分泌物,采用需氧和厌氧两种不同环境进行培养,同时对一部分进行涂片镜检及生化鉴定。结果表明,主要致病菌为大肠杆菌、分泌性化脓菌(化脓棒状杆菌)、葡萄球菌、拟杆菌和厌氧梭菌。

| Abstract: | In this experiment, uterine secretion samples were collected from healthy dairy cows (12) and endometritis dairy cows (42) in the several of dairy farms Heilongjiang Province. Then the uterine secretion was cultured under aerobic and anaerobic condition. In the same time, some uterine secretions were used for smear and microscope examination; some were used for biochemical identification. The results showed that Escherichia coli, Corynebacterium pyogenes, Staphylococci, Bacteroid, and Anaerobic fusobacterium were mainly pathogenic bacteria. |
