| 摘 要： | 雪岭云杉针叶叶绿素－胡萝卜素软膏中含酸性物质约２２％（占软膏重），其中脂肪酸占４４．８６％，树脂酸占５２．４９％。该酸性物质经气相色谱和质谱定性，定量分析，共分离出３１个峰，鉴定出２６个化合物，被的组分占酸性物质总量的９７．３５％。其中主要成分为检酸（２１．５５％），异海松酸（１２．８９％）、油酸（１２．０７％）、亚麻酸（７．３１％）、新纵酸（６．１０％）等。研究发现，雪岭云杉针叶叶绿素－胡萝卜素

| Abstract: | The acidic fraction of chlorophyll carotene paste from schrenk spruce ( Picea schrenkiana Fisch. et Mey. )needles and twigs was about 22 % of the paste,which consists of 44.86 % fatty acids and 52.49 % resin acids. The chemical constituents of the acidic fraction were analysed quantitatively and qualitatively by GC and GC MS,respectively. Of the 31 peaks,26 components which make up 97.35 % of the total acid were identified. The major components are abietic acid (21.55 %), isopimaric acid (12.89 %), oleic acid (12.07%), linolenic acid (7.31 %), neoabietic acid (6.10 %), etc. The research shows that no pinifolic acid have been found in the acidic fraction of chlorophyll carotene paste from needles and twigs of P. schrenkiana. |
