冬季自然灾害对蔬菜生产的影响及防灾减灾措施

湖州市地处浙江省北部,太湖南岸,2008年初,自然灾害主要有西北大风、连续低温阴雨、大雪暴雪和低温冻害,给蔬菜生产造成严重的损失,而且设施蔬菜的损失重于露地蔬菜。针对灾情,总结了湖州市设施蔬菜遭遇特大雪灾和连续低温冻害时防灾减灾的生产技术和措施,并对灾后发展棚、室设施提出了自己的观点。

Effect of Bad Weather on Vegetable Production and its Alleviation in Huzhou in Winter

Huzhou City is located on the north of Zhejiang,south to Taihu,In winter it frequently meets huge wind,suc- cessive days with low temperature and rainfall,heavy snow and frost,causing the loss of vegetable production with differ- ent extent.Moreover,the loss is larger in facilitated cultivation than in open fields.In this paper,productive practices and strategies for protecting and alleviating the bad weather happened in recent years,especially heavy snow and longer dura- tion of low temperature occurred in early 2008,were reviewed and analyzed,and proposals for improving the conditions of facilitated cultivation were also made.
