| 摘 要： | 针对当前我国企业中存在的诸多质量问题,指出其根本原因在于企业领导及各级管理人员和工程技术人员对于质量管理普遍存在一些认识上的误区,在对此进行分析的基础上, 提出质量管理不仅是一种手段和方法,而更应成为一种思维方式和工作方式。

| Abstract: | There are some mistakes for quality management in the ideas of leaders, managers, engineers and workers in enterprises. These mistakes are just the essential causes for poor quality of products and services. Based on the analysis of the mistakes, this paper propose that quality management is not only a method or tool, but should be a manner of thinking and working. |
