摘    要:在聚乙烯塑料瓶中用1N盐酸浸提果树叶片的K、Ca、Mg、P、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、B九个元素,提取液用电感耦合等离子体发射光譜法测定,除Fe和P不能完全提取外、其余七个元素得到满意的结果。方法简单,操作简便、准确。与常用的高温干灰化法进行了对照,结果基本一致。本法测定GB717l-87果树叶标样和标准参考物质82301桃叶,无论高含量或低含量组分,分析结果与标准值均具有较好的一致性。

Abstract:Nutrient elements of K, Ca, Mg, P, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fc, and B inorchard leaves were extracted with 1N hydrochloric acid (HC1) inpolyethylene bottles and analyzed by inductively coupled plasmaatomic emission spectroscopy. The experimental result suggested thatbesides Fe and P, other elements were extracted completely with I NHCl. This analytical procedure is simple, easily manageable andaccurate. Meanwhile, we compared this procedure and dry ashingmethod and got identical resuls. Standard reference material of orchardleaves, GB 7171-87, and peach leaves, 82301, were analyzed and thethe data were identical with certified values.
