羊草的愈伤组织诱导

摘    要:用MS培养基添加不同浓度的2,4-D对羊草根、茎、叶外植体进行愈伤组织诱导。结果表明,2,4-D在较低浓度下对羊草的根茎愈伤组织诱导效果比较好。在MS培养基中加入2,4-D浓度在0.1、0.5、1.0mg/L均可出现愈伤组织,但2,4-D浓度在0.5mg/L时愈伤组织出愈率最高,其次是1.0mg/L,然后是0.1mg/L。

Abstract:MS Foundation cultivate with different concentrations of 2,4-D on the Leymus chinensis stem, leaf explants for callus induction. The results show that 2,4-D at a lower concentration of the roots of Leymus chinensis callus induction effect of good. MS at medium concentrations of 2,4-D add at 0.1 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L, 1.0 mg/L can occur callus. However, the concentration of 2,4-D at 0.5 mg/L of the more when callus is the highest, followed by the 1.0 mg/L is 0.1 mg/L.
