芸薹属物种基因组进化及比较基因组学研究进展

摘    要:本文就芸薹属物种的分类与亲缘关系,芸薹属物种中A、B和C基因组进化及遗传关系,芸薹属各物种之间及其与拟南芥的比较基因组学,以及比较基因组定位在芸薹属作物重要农艺性状分析中的应用方面的研究进展进行了详细阐述,并对芸薹属作物基因信息资源利用和分子育种改良等方面的研究进行了展望。

Abstract:In this study, the progress on genome evolution and comparative genetic research of Brassica species were reviewed, in the past few decades, vast researches revealed the genetic relationship of Brassica species and the genetic evolution among A, B and C genomes in Brassica genera. Moreover, the comparative genomic re- searches were widely unfolded among the three basic genomes of A, B and C, along with the basic and complex species, as well as in Brassica species and A rabidopsis thaliana. Then, the studies on the application of compara- tive mapping for important agronomic characters analysis of the Brassica species were detailed. Finally, the future research of genome resource utilization and improvement through molecular breeding for Brassica species were prospected.
