湖北省小麦品质现状分析

摘    要:研究了湖北省2000~2007年小麦区试品质。结果表明,与全国小麦品质平均水平相比,目前湖北省小麦品种容重较高,蛋白质含量相当,而湿面筋含量、沉降值、吸水率、稳定时间、拉伸面积等反映蛋白质质量的各项性状值均偏低,小麦品质基本属于中筋类型。因此,湖北省在小麦品质育种方面应该把主要的精力放在选育优质中筋小麦品种上,在有条件的地区适当发展强筋小麦,并加强小麦优质栽培技术的研究。

Analysis of Wheat Quality Status in Hubei Province
Abstract:Through studying the outcome of wheat regional trial quality of Hubei Province from 2000 to 2007,it was found that the current density of wheat varieties was relatively higher than the average in comparison with the average level of national wheat quality,the content of protein up to the average,while the elements which reflected the quality of the protein,such as the content of wet gluten,value of sedimentation,rate of absorption,stability of time as well as stretching area and so on were relatively lower.Thus it could be concluded that Hubei wheat generally belonged to the medium gluten types.Therefore,it was suggested that the main efforts should be laid on breeding high-quality medium gluten wheat varieties,adequate efforts on strong gluten wheat in suitable areas,and the greater efforts on the research of cultivating technology of high-quality wheat.
