多效唑对彩色马蹄莲试管苗生长及微型种球诱导的影响

摘    要:利用植物组织培养技术研究多效唑对彩色马蹄莲试管苗快繁和试管微型种球的诱导效应,结果表明:MS培养基中加入多效唑处理后对彩色马蹄莲试管苗生长有极显著影响,多效唑处理后试管苗矮化、节间变短、叶变小,苗高是对照的30.9%,茎粗是对照的137%,都达到极显著差异;多效唑处理显著增加叶片叶绿素含量,叶绿素a是对照的141.4%,叶绿素b是对照的122.9%,总叶绿素是对照的136.1%;提高试管苗移栽存活率显著提高.但多效唑的存在使微型种球的诱导受到抑制.

Abstract:Using tissue culture,the effect of paclobutrazol on test-tube plantlet growth and on micro-tuber production of Zantedeschia rehmannii in vitro was studied.The result shows that the addition of paclobutrazol to the MS medium is evidently different for the test-tube plantlet growth of Zantedeschia rehmannii.In detail,the plantlet height decreases to 30.9% of CK,the stem diameter increases to 137% of CK,and the leaf shape becomes smaller.Paclobutrazol also obviously increases the chlorophyll content.The chloro...
