| Abstract: | Euphorbia fischeriana is a perennial herbaceous plant of Euphorbiaceae.In this research,we employed Euphorbia fischeriana to be as materials for constructing a cDNA library,and then sequencing acquired EST.Here we presented that we sucessfully constructed a cDNA library of Euphorbia fischeriana with sequenced 2099 ESTs.Further we analyzed these ESTs datas by Unigene assembly,ORF prediction,funtional annotation and classification,we found some candidate structural genes,which might be involved in biosynthesi... |
