南川绣线菊的硬枝扦插育苗试验

摘    要:用完全随机试验,在大棚内对六盘山区野生观赏灌木南川绣线菊进行了ABT号生根粉硬枝扦插育苗试验.从2005年4月23日扦插至7月23日,每隔10 d观测1次插穗生长指数.与水处理相比扦插2个月时,ABT处理硬枝生根期早7~11 d,生根率高16%,平均生根数多52根,平均根长长3.1 cm,平均新梢长8.7 cm.扦插3个月时ABT处理与水处理高生长量间差异极显著,ABT处理插穗平均高度为25.1 cm,清水处理插穗平均高度为14.1 cm(P<0.01).试验结果表明:南川绣线菊属皮部生根型易生根灌木,可采用硬枝扦插育苗技术进行繁殖.

Abstract:An experiment on hardwood cutting seedling of Spiraea rosthornii from the Liupan Mountains was randomly designed and conducted in the greenhouse.The cuttings were treated by root powder ABT and control treatment was by water.From 23 April to 23 July 2005,growth indexes of shoot cutting were monitored every 10 days.The results showed that root powder ABT treatment brought forward rooting time about 7~10 days,increased rooting rate by 16 % compared with control and had root number about 52 more than that of control.At two months after cutting,root length of root powder ABT was 3.1 cm and new resprout length was 8.7 cm longer than that of control.At the end of experiment,aboveground biomass was significantly different between ABT treatment and control(P<0.01).Therefore,Spiraea rosthornii is easy to generate roots from phloem and reproduce by hardwood cutting.
