肥城桃幼子叶不定植株再生

摘    要:以我国重要的名特优肥城桃为试材,基本培养基为MS,细胞分裂素有BA和TDZ,生长素有IBA和2,4-D。LH和蔗糖都分别选用2种浓度,共设计7个处理。结果表明以BA5mg/L,IBA0.3mg/L,LH500mg/L,蔗糖3%的培养基诱导子叶不定梢再生率最高,达78%,其他6种不同处理,子叶不定梢再生率都很低。

Abstract:Important and famous Feicheng peach was selected as material. Basal medium MS, hormone included BA, TDZ, IBA and 2,4- D, supplemented with LH and sugar 2 concentrations separately, totaled 7 treatments. Results showed: Rate of shoot regeneration of immature cotyledons washighest at MS supplement with BA 5mg/L, IBA 0. 3mg/L, LH 500mg/L and sugar 3%, reached 78%.
