| 摘 要： | 黄河三角洲野大豆（ＧｌｙｃｉｎｅｓｏｊａＳｉｅｂ．ｅｔＺｕｃｅ．）种子硬实率高达９６％，需进行种子处理。试验采用浓硫酸１、３、１５、３０、６０分钟浸泡处理和６０℃、８０℃、１００℃的温水浸种处理。结果表明：野大豆种子浓硫酸处理６０分钟效果最好，发芽快，发芽整齐，发芽率也高。发芽势、发芽率分别达８３７％和９６７５％。

| Abstract: | In general,the hard seed rate of the wild soyabean is higher than 96%,needing to be treated for use. In treatment,the seeds were soaked by condensated sulfuric acid respectively for 1,3,15,30 and 60 minutes and simultaneously soaked in hot water under respective temperatures of 60,80 and 100℃. The results showed that the best result was obtained in trial when the concentrated sulfuric acid was used for 60 minutes. The germination rate was rapid,the germination was uniform,and the germination percentage was also higher.At this time,the germinative force and germination percentage were then recorded at 83.7 and 96.75% respectively. |
