| 摘 要： | 共轭亚油酸(CLA)是具有共轭双键的十八碳二烯酸的一组构象和位置异构体的总称。文章概述了CLA在抑制肿瘤、抗动脉粥样硬化、降低脂肪沉积、增强机体免疫等方面的功能及各种因素对CLA含量的影响。

| Abstract: | Conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) is a mixture of positional and geometric isomers of octadecadienioc acids with conjugated double bonds.It is an intermediate product of the biohydrogenation of linoleic acid by the rumen bacteria.The paper describes beneficial effect of CLA on cancer prevention,atherosclerosis,body composition,immunity,and factors affect the concentration of CLA. |
