摘    要:旱季是云南柱花草种植幼苗主要生长期,鉴定柱花草各品种(系)苗期的抗旱性对指导柱花草种质创新与生产具有重要意义。在试验棚内,对22个柱花草(Stylosanthes gianensis)种质材料幼苗期进行干旱处理,分别测试其各项形态指标和生理指标,研究其幼苗期的抗旱性。试验结果表明:所有供试材料中,圭亚那柱花草1(S. gianensis seabrana)、爱得华柱花草(S. gianensis cv.Endeavour)、黑种柱花草(S. gianensis USF873016)和西卡柱花草(S. sc

Preliminary Conclusion on the Drought Resistance of 22 S. gianensis Materials During Their Infancy

Abstract:With the reasons of growth period and cultivated practice of Stylosanthes gianensis is mostly in dry season in Yunnan Province, drought resistance test of seedling stage plants plays an important role in germplasm innovation, cultivation and production field of S. gianensis. In this study, seedling plants of 22 S. gianensis germplasm materials were treated with drought tolerance in greenhouse, and then their physiological and morphological indexes were investigated to the drought resistance analysis. The results showed that: 4 germplasm materials in the all 22 S. gianensis indicated a better drought performance, they were S. gianensis seabrana, S. gianensis cv. Endeavour, S. gianensis USF873016 and S. scabra cv. Seca, and in comparison the S. scabra cv. Seca. germplasm material relatively did the best.
