Abstract: | Seven Scholars Tea Cake, also named Qi Zi Bing Cha in Chinese, is a kind of famous Puer tea. Skills competi-tion on processing Puer tea was held in the years of 2008 and 2014 in Puer city. The problems in process of press-ing this tea cake were analyzed, and then presents solutions on how to improve the quality of tea products, according to author. |
