摘    要:报道2008年和2014年在云南普洱市举办的茶叶加工技术技能竞赛情况,分析其中七子饼茶压制质量问题,阐述了如何提高产品质量的意见。

Abstract:Seven Scholars Tea Cake, also named Qi Zi Bing Cha in Chinese, is a kind of famous Puer tea. Skills competi-tion on processing Puer tea was held in the years of 2008 and 2014 in Puer city. The problems in process of press-ing this tea cake were analyzed, and then presents solutions on how to improve the quality of tea products, according to author.
