我国"十一五"期间农机化发展趋势及促进政策建议

“十五”期间我国农机化取得了巨大进展和重要成就,为“十一五”进一步加速、健康、协调发展奠定了良好的基础,我国农机化发展已处于成长期。“十一五”农机化发展要走资源节约型、协调型、环境友好型的发展道路,创新发展模式,提高发展质量,重点抓好四大农机化工程。提出了“十一五”期间要进一步健全农机化政策法规体系、加大各级财政对农机化的支持力度、制定支持保障农机有效供给的有关政策、制定实施科教兴机和项目带动战略的有关政策、支持扩大开放等五项农机化发展政策建议。
