| 摘 要： | 以构建大理市苍山森林防火地理信息系统为例，介绍了开发苍山森林防火地理信息系统的背景、必要性和可行性。具体阐述了森林防火系统应解决的主要问题，以及苍山森林防火地理信息系统开发及实现的主要方法和过程，包括系统目标、系统功能设计、总体框架、数据库组织及设计、系统主要功能开发方法等。并对系统的应用情况、不足及发展方向作了总结。

| Abstract: | Taking the construction of Dali Cangshan forest fire Geographic Information System for example, this paper describes the baekground, necessity and feasibility of the development of Cangshan forest fire GIS. Moreover, the main problems, main methods and proeesses, including the system goals, functional design, overall framework, database organization and so on have been elaborated. Application, disadvantage, and future prospection of this system were summarized. |
