| 摘 要： | 发展设施农业是转变农业增长方式、建设现代农业的重要内容；是调整农业结构、实现农民持续增收的有效途径：是建设资源节约型、环境友好型农业的重要手段；也是增加农产品有效供给、保障食物安全的有力措施。文章对固原市设施农业发展现状、主要特点及成就、存在问题和对策建议等方面从理论和实践上进行初探，旨在为固原市设施农业发展贡献绵薄之力。
