油茶籽油脱臭馏出物维生素E的分子蒸馏工艺研究

摘    要:通过对油茶籽油脱臭馏出物进行分子蒸馏制取维生素E工艺研究,结果表明:经过预处理,而后通过三级分子蒸馏,第一、二级蒸出乙酯,第三级蒸馏使轻组分中的α-生育酚含量提高至1.97 mg。同时得出分子蒸馏工艺条件为:第一、二级加热壁面温度100℃,进料速率2 mL/min,刮板转速100 r/min,预热温度85℃;第三级加热壁面温度190℃、进料速率2 mL/min、刮板转速100 r/min、预热温度85℃。

A Study on Separation of Vitamin E from Tea Camellia Seed Oil Deodorizer Distillate by Molecular Distillation

Abstract:This paper is focused on the extraction of vitamin E from deodorizer distillate production of oil-tea Camellia seed oil by molecular distillation technology.The study results showed that through pretreatment of the tea camellia seed oil deodorizer distillate,and then by three-stage molecular distillation,and the ethyl ester was removed in the first and second stage,the content of α-tocophenrol was enhanced to 197 mg/100g in the third stage.The molecular distillation process conditions were concluded as follows the first and second stages,heating surface temperature 100 ℃,feeding rate 2 mL/min,scraper speed 100 r/min,preheating temperature 85 ℃;the third stages’ heating surface temperature 190 ℃,feeding rate 2 mL/min,scraper speed 100 r/min and preheating temperature 85 ℃.
