喹乙醇对鲤鱼蓄积毒性的研究

采用剂量定期递增法 ,测定了喹乙醇对鲤鱼的蓄积毒性 ,结果表明喹乙醇在鲤鱼体内的蓄积系数为 1 4 5～1 9,根据蓄积作用的评价标准 ,喹乙醇在鲤鱼体内有明显的蓄积作用。病鱼鳍条基部、嘴角和腹部充血、出血、发红 ,排出具有特征性的乳白色半透明黏液便 ,临死前出现神经症状 ,肝脂肪变性或水泡变性 ,肠呈卡他性肠炎 ,肾小管上皮细胞和心肌细胞空泡变性。

Study on Cumulative Toxicity of Olaquindox in Common Carp

Cumulative toxicity of olaquindox to common carp was measured with dose increase method in every four days. The result shows that the cumulative coefficient of olaquindox to common carp is 1.45～1.9. According to cumulative action evaluation, olaquindox was with obviously cumulative action in common carp, The poisoned fish excreted opalescent and translucent mucous feces, appeared hyperemia and hemorrhage at the base of fins, the corner of the mouth and in abdomen, also with nervous signs before death. Histopathologically, the liver cells showed fatty or vacuolar degeneration; the renal tubular epithelial cells and cardiac muscle cells showed vacuolar degeneration; the intestinal tract showed catarrhal inflammation.
