番茄红素抗氧化活性的研究

摘    要:用化学发光法研究了纯度≥99%的番茄红素(Lycopene)对超氧阴离子、羟基自由基、DPPH.和由AAPH引发月笕草油产生的脂质过氧化自由基的清除作用,结果表明,Lyp对4种自由基均有较强的清除作用,并且具有显著的剂量-效应关系。EC50分别是11.95、13.34、52.65、13.38μg/m1。Lyp对超氧阴离子、羟基自由基的清除速度较快,反应在6 s内即可达到或接近最大值;对DPPH.、脂质过氧化自由基的清除率达到最大值所需的时间为12~18 s。

Abstract:The scavenging effect on superoxid negative ion、oxyhydrate、DPPH and lipid peroxidation caused by AAPH of lycopene at the purity about 99% with chemical light method were introduced.The result shows that Lyp has strong scavenging effect on the above four free radicals,and the dose-effect relationship is significant.EC_(50) is 11.95、11.34、52.65 and 13.38 μg/ml respectively.The scavenging rate of Lyp on superoxid negative ion and oxyhydrate is faster.The maximum appeared within 6 s;the maximum yield of DPPH and lipid peroxidation appeared at 12~18 s.
