红松芽栖真菌群落结构(Ⅰ)

摘    要:运用真菌学、森林病理学与群落生态学的基本研究方法,对红松本真菌群落结构进行了研究,其结果:15年生红松芽经分离培养获得芽栖真菌17个属(种):25年生红松芽经分离培养获得芽栖真菌32属37种、其中冠层上部31种(属)、冠中层14种,冠下属14种,通过对红松芽栖真菌的组成研究证明,在解剖学上作为两种不同器官的芽鳞与芽体上真菌组成与数量有明显差异,即芽鳞上多于芽体上,组织外层多于组织内层,红松芽栖真菌群落的种群数量随机树龄的增加而增加,随芽生长部位高度的降低而降低,而且在群落种群组成上也有相应变化。

Abstract:Using basic methods of mycology. forest pathology and community ecology. dendrocola mycoflora of buds on Korean pine was studied. Through isolating and culturing. 17 genus (species) fungi were obtained from the buds on 15-year-old trees and 32 genus 37 species fungi were obtained from the buds on 25-year-old trees. To the buds on 25-year- old trees. 31 species fungi were obtained from high level of crown. 14 species from middle level and 14 species from low level. It is proved that components and quantities of fungi on bud scales are different from those on bud bodies. The components and quantities of fungi on bud scales are more than those on bud bodies, and that out of tissues are more than those in tissues. The quantities of fungi on buds increase with tree age increasing, and decrease with the height of buds declining. The components vary correspondingly.
