新时代中国茶产业的创新与发展

摘    要:文章回顾了建国68年来中国茶产业的可持续发展,归纳了中国茶产业发展的3个特点,即茶园面积的迅速发展引发的产量大幅度增长、地区间的发展差异和茶叶由第一产业向第二产业和第三产业延伸。笔者提出在新时代的茶产业发展中应突出创新和绿色的发展理念,具体讨论了控制茶产业发展规模、种植的机械化和良种化、生产管理的清洁化和连续化、茶叶产品的多样化、产品利用的精深化和功能化和以健康促进茶叶消费等6个方面。

Abstract:The sustainable development of China tea industry in the past 68 years after the establishment of New China was reviewed in this paper. The development of China tea industry was concluded to three characteristics by the author, there are the substantial increase in the tea production induced by the rapid development of the tea acreage, developmental difference between the geographical location and the extension from primary industry to the secondary industry and tertiary industry of tea. The developmental idea of innovation and quality safety in the development of tea industry in new era was highlighted by the author. The following six problems including the control of development scale in tea industry, the mechanization and the extension of improved variety in tea cultivation, cleaning and serialization of production management, the diversified products, intension and functionalization of products and the promotion of tea consumption via the health idea were discussed in this paper.
