| Abstract: | EST SSR, a new kind of molecular marker, was more variable and transferable, which has been used as a useful tool for inheritance and breeding research in plant. The theory and characteristics of EST SSR were introduced, the application of SSR markers in peach germplasm, genetic linkage map, finding gene, comparative mapping are discussed as well. |
