超声波对垃圾渗滤液COD和氨氮去除的研究

摘    要:摘要:试验采用超声波作用去除垃圾渗滤液中COD和氨氮。通过正交设计,探讨了活性炭用量、pH值、超声波功率、辐照时间、曝气时间5个因素对COD和氨氮去除率的影响。结果表明在活性炭用量1.0g,pH为9,超声波强度为360W,辐照时间为6min,曝气时间为6min时处理COD和氨氮综合去除效果最好,COD去除率为63.7%,氨氮去除率为80.24%。

Abstract:The experiment used effects of ultrasound to remove the COD and NH3-N in landfill leachate. It probed into the influence of the amount of activated Carbon, pH, ultrasonic power, irradiation time and aeration time on the removal rate of COD and NH3-N by orthogonal design. The results showed that: the comprehensive removal effect of the COD and NH3-N were best, which respectively were 63.7% and 80.24%, when the amount of activated Carbon was 1.0 g, pH was 9, ultrasonic power was 360 W, irradiation time is 6 min and aeration time was 6 min.
