喷施钙素对‘森田尼无核’葡萄生理生化特性和果实品质的影响

摘    要:通过不同时期、不同浓度的Ca(NO3)2.4H2O处理,研究了喷施钙素对‘森田尼无核’葡萄生理生化特性和果实品质的影响.结果表明:在果实采收前1个月和采收前10 d分别喷施不同浓度水平的Ca(NO3)2.4H2O,‘森田尼无核’葡萄在中度供钙水平(8 g.L-1和12 g.L-1)下叶片叶绿素总量明显高于清水(对照)、低钙(4g.L-1和8 g.L-1)、高钙(12 g.L-1和16 g.L-1)水平;8 g.L-1和12 g.L-1供钙水平下,叶片叶绿素总量比对照增高了14.2%和27.7%,而过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及相对电导率比对照分别降低了85.0%、53.2%;46.9%、50.2%;30.9%、41.2%;26.3%、42.3%和13.4%3、2.8%;同时发现,中度供钙可显著提高VC、可滴定酸含量及果实硬度,降低可溶性固形物含量.

Abstract:The effects of Ca(NO3)2·4H2O at different concentration level and treatments time on physiological-biochemical characteristics and fruits quality of grape(Vitis vinifera cv.Centennial seedless) were studied in this paper.The results showed that calcium treatment at moderate(8 g·L-1 and 12 g·L-1) before one month and ten days of harvest had a higher contents of chlorophyll in leaves than that at low(4 g·L-1 and 8 g·L-1),high(12 g·L-1 and 16 g·L-1) and the control.The treatment at 8 g·L-1 和12 g·L-1 increased by 14.2 % and 27.7 % of chlorophyll content;however,the activity of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),the contents of MDA and the relative electric conductance in leaves were lower by 85.0 %,53.2 %;46.9 %,50.2 %;30.9 %,41.2 %;26.3 %,42.3 % and 13.4 %,32.8 % than the control.The moderate calcium treatment markedly increased fruit hardness,and the content of VC and titratable acids;however,reduced SSC.
