玉米抗旱育种

摘    要:干旱是世界、也是我国许多玉米种植区限制产量的主要因素,培育抗旱玉米品种是解决这一问题的根本途径之一.在玉米抗旱育种中,正确选定目标性状是十分重要的.CIMMYT在玉米抗旱育种中以ASI(Anthesis-silking Interval)作为选择性状之一进行群体改良,并已育出一批抗旱玉米群体.描述了抗旱玉米的理想型,并讨论了利用分子生物技术于玉米抗旱育种中的问题.

Abstract:Drought is the main factor limiting yield of corn (Zea may L. )in a large proportion of corn growth region of the world and China. . A basic way to solve the problem is breeaing for drought resistance. It is very important to decide accurately useful characters in corn breeding for drought resistance . CIMMYT has carried out population improvement by using ASI(anthesis-Silking Interval)as one of breeding characters in corn breeding for drought resistance,and several populations for drought resistance have been developed. The paper described the ideal corn pattern of drought resistance and how to use the molecular biological technique in corn breeding for drought resistance.
