玉米姊妹系穗部性状的遗传研究

摘    要:本研究着重对杂交组合的母本即由“3358”一个基本株以系谱法产生的4个稳定姊妹系及其3个姊妹种就穗部性状的遗传成分、遗传力、对组合的贡献率以及组合的配合力方差进行了分析.结果表明,杂交组合穗部性状的(?)均在80%以上,以加性效应为主.尽管姊妹系和姊妹种的遗传成分在组合表型总方差中所占比例较小,但其在穗部各性状之间仍存在较大分歧.姊妹系选育过程中,应注重穗粗和千粒重的选择.

Abstract:This research focused analysis on the genetic constitution, heritability, contribution rate to the crosses and the combining ability variance about the ear characters of the crossing female parents sister line and sister species from a single plant "3358" by using pedigree method. The variance of general combining ability of ear characters was all over 80%,and additive effect was main. The genetic constitution of sister line and sister species made up the smaller proportion of the total crosses variance, but it had larger differences among the ear characters. During the process of sister line selection, we should pay attention to the selection of ear diameter and 1000 kernel weight.
