乐斯本对大蒜根蛆的防治效果及防治指标

目的]为大蒜根蛆无公害防治阈值的制定提供理论依据。方法]以大蒜为供试材料,分别采用不同浓度乐斯本（100、200、400、800 mg/kg）对其进行2次灌根处理,以虫蛀率为度量单位,研究不同处理对大蒜根蛆的防治效果。结果]随着用药浓度的增加,乐斯本对根蛆的防治效果逐渐增强,400、800 mg/kg乐斯本处理对大蒜根蛆的防治效果分别为88.89%和90.90%,显著高于其他处理。从生产成本角度考虑,以乐斯本浓度400 mg/kg,用药2次为宜。为了减少根蛆为害,当虫蛀率达到11.89%时,即可用药剂防治。结论]该研究确定了使用乐斯本防治大蒜根蛆的最佳用药浓度。
