摘    要:目的]研究新乡市卫河沿岸蔬菜内重金属含量及污染现状。方法]以人们广泛种植的菠菜和油麦菜为研究对象,每种植物选取了5个地块,每个地块按照梅花形布点法,选取5个样品组成混合样品,测定其中的Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn含量并采用单因子污染指数法进行评价。结果]菠菜和油麦菜中的4种重金属含量均超过了国家食品卫生标准。菠菜主要受到Pb、Cd、Cu的污染,油麦菜主要受到Pb、Cd的污染。两种蔬菜受Pb、Cd、Cu的污染属于重度污染,受Zn的污染相对轻一些。结论]菠菜和油麦莱中的重金属含量与人们用污染的河水灌溉有关。
