苎麻秆的基本特性及无胶碎料板制造工艺

摘    要:从苎麻秆的产量、分布以及基本物理化学性质等方面,分析了苎麻秆作为无胶碎料板原料的可行性.苎麻在我国的产量丰富,分布也较集中,这为工业化生产创造了条件.根据苎麻秆的特点制定相应的生产工艺,在实验室条件下生产出的无胶苎麻秆碎料板物理力学性能可达到JIS A 5908日本人造板检测标准要求.

Abstract:From the yield,distribution and basic physical and chemical properties of ramie-straw,the feasibility of ramie-straw as particleboard material was analyzed in this study.China is rich in ramie resource,and the distribution is concentrated,which has created the condition for the industrialization production.According to the characteristics of ramie-straw,binderless particleboard was manufactured under specific conditions.The physical properties of ramie-straw binderless particleboard can meet the requirements of JIS A 5908 standards of Japan.
