摘    要:随着电商平台的崛起,为食用菌产品的快速消费提供了方便。但对电商食用菌产品的质量安全进行监管还存在着欠缺,众多因素会影响到消费者对电商食用菌产品的消费,如交易主体之间的信息存在错乱现象、对食用菌产品电商市场所要求的准入门槛不高等因素,对于上述出现的问题,基于电商对食用菌在销售的过程中,如何确保食用菌的食用菌产品质量安全进行多方面讨论。

Abstract:With the rise of e-commerce platform, it also provides convenience for the rapid consumption of agricultural products, in addition to improving farmers’ income. But there are still some deficiencies in the supervision of the quality and safety of e-commerce agricultural products. There are many factors that will affect consumers’ consumption of e-commerce agricultural products, such as the confusion of information between trading entities and the low threshold of access required by the e-commerce market for agricultural products. For the problems, the following is a discussion on how to ensure the quality and safety of edible fungi in the process of marketing based on e-commerce.
