食用菌对耐力运动的代谢和体能恢复的影响

摘    要:以体育学院田径专业的30名从事马拉松长跑专项训练的大学生运动员为研究对象,参考文献资料、静息心率RHR比较试验法,研究了食用菌对运动体能恢复的影响。对比结果显示,增加食用菌摄入量对RHR的影响较小;而通过主观感觉体能恢复指标对比发现,在饮食中增加食用菌对体能恢复有较大的作用。

Abstract:Taking 30 college students who are engaged in marathon training in track and field major of a sports college as the research object, the paper studies the effect of edible fungus on the recovery of physical fitness by using literature and RHR comparative test method. The results showed that increasing the intake of edible fungi had little effect on RHR, while increasing the intake of edible fungi had a greater effect on the recovery of physical fitness.
