| 摘 要： | 近来粮食安全问题引起了社会各界的高度关注,本文分析了我国粮食安全的基本形势是短期无虑,长期堪忧。提出以提高粮食综合生产能力和优化粮食生产布局为主,以粮食储备调节和粮食进出口调节为辅,保护好农民的种粮积极性,是确保我国粮食安全的合理途径。
